Shipping Policy for Luxz Company

Thank you for shopping with Luxz Company. We are committed to delivering your beautiful fine jewelry safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and ship your order.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed and payment is verified.
- Please note that custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, as specified on the product page.
- Orders placed after [4 PM PST] on a business day, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Options and Costs
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination address, and the value/weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
- Domestic Shipping (within the United States):
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 2-5 business days, fee calculated at checkout.
- Priority Shipping (USPS): 2-3 business days, fee calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping:
- Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.
3. Shipping Insurance
Given the value of fine jewelry, all orders from Luxz Company are shipped with complimentary USPS shipping insurance to ensure your product arrives safely. This insurance protects against loss, theft, or damage during shipping and covers the full value of your item up to $5,000.
4. Packaging and Security
We take the security of your order very seriously.
- All jewelry is securely packaged within discreet, unmarked outer packaging to minimize attention during transit.
- Inner packaging is designed to protect the jewelry from damage.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow 24-28 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Signature Requirement
For the security of your valuable purchase, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a delivery attempt notification, and you may need to arrange a redelivery or pick up the package from their facility.
7. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carriers and are estimates only. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues, customs delays for international shipments).
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at luxzandcompany@gmail.com.
- For Damaged Packages: Please keep all original packaging and contents and provide clear photos of the damage.
- For Lost Packages: We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please note that the investigation process may take 5-10 business days or more.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund based on the outcome of the insurance claim and our policy.
9. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for high-value items due to insurance and signature requirements. A physical address is required.
10. Changes to Your Shipping Address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been shipped. Please double-check your shipping address carefully during checkout. If you need to request an address change before shipping, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate, though it cannot be guaranteed.
